Your Order Shipment
Orders are generally dispatched within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Shipping is carried out through our partner carriers (such as CTT or CTTExpress) with a tracking service included.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a direct link so you can track your delivery progress online in real time.
Shipping and Packaging Costs
For deliveries within mainland Portugal, shipping has a fixed cost of €5.90 for orders under €50. For purchases of €50 or more, shipping is completely free.
We advise you to group all your items into a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, so shipping fees will apply to each of them. All our pieces are packaged with the utmost care in amply sized boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. The transport risk is assumed by us until the physical delivery to your address.
Returns and Exchanges
At Leamor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason the size does not fit or you are not happy with the product, you have the legal period of 14 consecutive days, counting from the date of receipt of the order, to request the withdrawal of the contract (return) or an item exchange.
- Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, showing no signs of use or damage, with original tags intact, and properly packaged.
