1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website (https://leamor.pt/), owned by Cátia Susana Martins Ribeiro, with registered office at Rua Camilo Castelo Branco n558 4800-856 S. Torcato, holder of Tax Identification Number (NIF) 261811932 (hereinafter referred to as "Leamor"), as well as any purchase you make on it. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.

5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. The risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. Shipping costs, delivery times, and supported regions are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Returns and right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, without prejudice to legal exceptions. In the event of cancellation/withdrawal, the costs of returning the goods (return shipping fees) shall be borne entirely by the consumer, as stipulated by law. Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use our store only for lawful purposes. In particular, you must not engage in:

- Reselling products without authorization;
